Made buying a used vehicle a pleasant experience I found a vehicle during an internet search and initiated a query to dealer. Kyle Chen responded quickly, asked a few questions, and had the vehicle brought close to showroom for my expected arrival. After a thorough walk around we went for a test drive, he answered my questions, and was glad to investigate any issues he wasn’t familiar with.
