Outstanding initial inspection call, determined it was best to replace a 20 year old system, installed the next day in 8 hours. A truly fantastic professional install compared to system install when home was built. Will always recommend Semper Fi HVAC.
Semper FI Heating-Cooling-Plumbing services are number #1 in my book.We were experiencing a problem with one of our air-conditioning units on a very hot day here in Henderson, Nevada. The Technician, Matt arrived in a timing manner after the scheduled appointment was made with customer service. Customer service arranged a technician to come out right away after I voiced my concerns. Matt was very reliable and knowledgeable of the problem. He quickly replaced the part with a new part still under warranty. Great service overall, I am very satisfied.
Our technician were Jamal Wells and Josue Mirazo who did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater. They were very informative and answered all the questions we had regarding our system and were a pleasure to work with. The company followed up asap with Cherry being the coordinator for any needs we needed like inspection schedules and what we needed to do on our end regarding maintenance on the system. We will definitely go back to this company for any Hvac/plumbing maintenance we need in the future.
Jamal was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His experience was very noticeable.The leaky pipes were replaced at projected time with quality craftsmanship. Keep up the good work!
