I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Staff is wonderful, caring and helpful. There has been a change in the past couple weeks, dog is no longer there, the beautiful fish tanks have been removed and there is a bad smell through out the facility. Hopefully these are temporary issues.
I've been very satisfied. I have been so pleased, I can't tell you how pleased I've been. I'm a retired nurse, so I'm familiar with good and bad nursing care, and they're fantastic. They try their best to keep things clean, it's an older facility. My sister is very social and she enjoys having the option to go to the dining room, and the food is better than at her group home. When I ask questions, I get answers, but it can take a little longer than I'd like.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was a resident at Seneca for over 5 years before she passed away at age 97.. Over that time I got to know many of the staff members quite well and they were all caring and friendly, and dedicated to making life better for all the residents there. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the loving staff that work there.

I visited this facility My wife was there because she had a fall and home and was afraid to walk. the staff was terrific in getting her out of bed and walking. before too long she was confident enough to come home. they even helped make arrangements to have people come in to help when she was home. They were a blessing.
