I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I can't get the images of what I saw in this place out of my head. I don't know how the state is allowing this horrible place to remain open. My Grandmother was first admitted here for rehab, while facilities weren't allowing visitors because of Covid-19. The following is a list of issues during her 2 week stay: 1. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The therapy departments (physical, occupational, speech) are great. The nursing department needs work. Not enough CNA's. Long waits for help. Bad communication. When things dont go right, information doesnt get to the department heads. I do not recommend Seneca Place at all.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was a resident a few years back . She has recently passed away a different facility . State came in Seneca Place in June of 2015 and found a unstageable bedsore which resulted in amputation of her leg . When I had inquired about a boot on her foot I was told she had a “ blister “ . There was not even a Care plan for her nor was she being treated . Aides are responsible for 30 or more residents which makes them poorly understaffed . I could go on and on but simply... read more
