Sergio and his team was lightning fast to respond to my emails and questions from the very beginning and never slowed down for the entire process of my application. They helped me so much so I was able to get the documents or the information needed without any delays. Working with Sergio was the easiest part of my home buying process. He was very easy to communicate with, and his office staff couldn't have been more responsive. While several of my friends who went with other brokers were left in the dust in regards to their loan, I was given weekly updates from the office, even if nothing was new- which helped to put my mind at ease. I would recommend Sergio to anyone in the Chicagoland area.

Sergio and his staff were the best. This was a first home purchase for my wife and I, so of course we had many questions. Sergio and his staff were extremely helpful with answering all our questions. Everyone was readily accessible as well. Sergio and his staff also processed our loan efficiently allowing us to close in less than 45 days! Sergio is a true professional and made the entire experience far less stressful than it could have been. Excellent work!
