Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my loan went through and to make sure I closed on time. My loan was not your typical loan and Sergio made it work. I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii and I needed documents to make sure I closed in time, Sergio made the trip and gathered the information and took care of everything for me. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team!

Peoples Home Equity and Sergio were fantastic. He and his staff kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. I was really impressed, as was both of the attorneys at closing. One of the attorneys changed one of the numbers last minute and PHE got the changes made immediately. The title company even commented on how quickly it was updated. I would recommend Sergio and PHE to anyone interested in professional, worry free closing.
