Only out to make a buck. His rates were .25 points higher than others our there. I have since learned that makes a huge difference in his commission. We only went with him because our realtor strongly recommended we go with him. A few months after getting the mortgage the rates dropped by almost a point. We contacted Sergio to refi. He dragged his feet getting back to us and then told us we had to wait to 6 months. All of the people in Sergio's office are very polite, however I recommend asking for clarity and being on top of asking for documents on time if you decide to work with them. In the end, everything worked out fine, but the process with this team left me feeling confused and rushed. I didn't feel confident in my closing cost numbers going into my 10AM closing as I received the final amount for a cashiers check at 4PM the night before. I am hoping that this was a one-off situation, but I just wanted to share my experience.
Sergio Giangrande helped me figure out my credit issues to assure I got the house I wanted. Never gave me obstacles only solutions. Extremely greatful
I do NOT really recommend to use this company The team for Sergio Giangrande are very unprofessional. Whenever they made a mistake, they ignored the phone and email and long run, someone who did not know called us and excused. They did not communicate through teammate so we explained over and over again. Worst thing we had was they did not complete paperwork for closing by due date and we paid EXTRA thousands dollar to seller. They did not sincerely apologized us. Once again, it was a worst service when we bought house.
Don't use his team for the loan process .I was so suffering during the loan process.No timely manner.No explain.Paid extra chargeI never recommend to use him for the loan
