Sergio and his staff were very helpful throughout the entire mortgage loan process. I always felt I could email him whenever if I had any questions, and he would response back immediately. Him and his staff were very thorough and professional in acquiring documents as my loan went through the underwriting process.
We closed on 8/4/14. We were skeptical at first because Sergio sounded extremely confident that he would make things happen for us. (We kept our current home to rent and wanted to buy 2nd home). In the end, Sergio did everything as he estimated/predicted. We would definitely use him again and refer him to anyone we know in the market.
