I was told they had the parts for the recall. I dropped it off, and was expecting a 2-day turnaround. A month later, I got the car back. Good thing I have a backup car to drive (they knew that and maybe they put me on the bottom of the list?)
Someone is always available to help and my appointment is always on their schedule I've lived the service

It seemed to take a long time to get the part needed and the appointment scheduled. The problem was identified on 12/06/23. It took repeated calls to get a call back. Something seems to have changed there.
Our sales rep Vaseem was knowledgeable and easygoing throughout our long process of ordering vans from the factory.

Average to say the least. IMO with the amount spent it should have been above average. The Mechanic didn't reset the oil life nor did he or she remove the plastic cover or carpet cover they placed on the seat and rug of driver seat. Shouldn't it be put back the way it was brought in?
