We had a small fire but quite a bit is smoke damage. Upon first call they had someone out on a Saturday evening within 3 hours. Then Shannon came out on Monday and by Wednesday, Marrianne and her team came out and busted butt in cleaning soot up. They have been keeping me well informed and keeping me from going nuts over all of this. Communication is great and they are working well with school schedules. Justin, Chris and Walter were great! They’ve been very professional from the first time we met. Spent the next few weeks dealing with them on a daily basis while they put my home back together. During a trying time for everyone, Justin and everyone we met connected with this job were courteous and professional. Questions we had were answered (sometimes more than once) throughout the job and could always be reached with a phone call. The final product was great looking!! I would definitely recommend Servpro. Wow wow wow!!! LOVE servepro!! We just had our refrigerator line burst open in the middle of the night and spray water all over our newly and completely remodeled kitchen AND flooded our basement.
