I have 3 different lending through Seth last few years including my first home. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain different options and rates. Seth was very helpful - and always timely in his responses. Finding my house took 16 offers over 19 mos - Seth hung in the entire time. He also guided me on how to get the best interest rate. I definitely recommend him and Waterstone.
