Seth and the GR team were excellent. Seth provided useful and sound guidance as I was deciding what I could afford and how to best manage my finances to ensure I was able to qualify for the mortgage. The process was smooth and streamlined. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and quick to respond.
