Everyone was nice even though they were running a bit behind. Once I got back to have the laser used it was very fast. I’ve noticed decreased hair after just one treatment, I can’t wait to see my results after all 6!

It was my first time, I was nervous and didn’t want to feel any pain, and it was so fast and painless. One treatment in and I already see a difference. Off is very trendy and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive
I’ve been getting good results and I appreciate the friendly staff and nurses that put you at ease, however getting an appointment is a whole ordeal. They are booked months in advance so your first appt may not be until 2 mos later. Book ALL your appointments in advance. Groupon price is great but so are their prices so I ended up purchasing more sessions for different areas from them.

Staff and nurse were very nice. But appointment scheduling is ridiculous. Nurse wants to see me back in 5-6 weeks, next available is 11 weeks away. Not sure how your suppose to see results with that type of schedule. Three stars is for scheduling, not location or staff.
It took me like 5 weeks to get my first appointment so that was a bummer. I've only had 1 treatment and I've seen less air growth in just one session. The ladies were welcoming upon my visit and they are always pleasant on the phone when I've had to change my apt.
