It took me like 5 weeks to get my first appointment so that was a bummer. I've only had 1 treatment and I've seen less air growth in just one session. The ladies were welcoming upon my visit and they are always pleasant on the phone when I've had to change my apt.

Make an appointment early cause they are busy! I didn’t think this would work but it really does. I’ve tried other laser hair removals and they hurt or took forever. I love this place!
This place is amazing! Yes you have to wait a month or two for your first appointment, but it’s worth it. After one lower leg session, I can already tell a difference. Just make sure when you book it, you book your second appointment in advance as well. Yes I am serious, but that just shows how great they are!
Great service! I was not haggled to buy anything extra. The girls are very sweet and since I’ve had laser before I was anticipating pain and it was painless!!
If you're thinking about doing laser treatments at SEV, stop thinking about it and DO IT. The staff is professional and sweet. They make you feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. If you are worried about the pain, don't be. It is nothing at all. I've done waxing and sugaring and laser is much easier and less painful than both. I've had 5 treatments on my underarms and 4 Brazilian. My hair is almost completely gone and has drastically thinned. No more razor burn and I rarely have to shave. I went in for a Brazilian & underarm laser and the two procedures lasted no more than 20 minutes! It was such an easy experience and am relieved it was not a hassle! I would recommend this to anyone looking to get laser done.
Nice place. The only thing I didn't like is that they asked for a Credit Card, when you made an appointment. Since I already paid through Groupon it was a little bit weird. I love that you have a consultation by phone, and need to sign all paperwork online, which saves you a trip to their office. Parking can be very difficult, sometimes you have to walk a block or two.
Clean and modern design! Love the place and the staff that works at the OC location. They made my experience quick and easy especially this being my first time getting laser hair removal. My only gripe is that it is very difficult to schedule an appointment because they get so busy and book up quickly. Weekends are nearly impossible unless you schedule months in advance.
