Great customer service with the gals at the front desk and the Nurse Practitioners. Appointments are super fast (5 minutes each area) and the laser removal process is pretty much painless now with the new lasers with the air stream. The first appointment may be hard to get so I highly suggest booking the first couple of appointments right away and then book out the remainder of your 6 sessions once you are there to avoid any hassles with future appointments because they are extremely busy but they are also fast, efficient an... read more

Great place. Great experience. I am an African American woman and I’m excited that SEV has a laser that works with my skin tone! I had such wonderful results with just my first treatment that I signed up for additional areas.
Location is in a small shopping center with mostly lunch places in the middle of office buildings. My appt was right in the middle of lunch time and I could not find parking. I came for my lower legs. She drew lines to do the legs under the knee. I asked about the knee and was told I could add it for $20 a session. Disappointing. Tiny spot of hair on my knees.seems petty to not just hit it.
This was my first time ever having laser done and it worked great! Just one session and I see such a big difference! The staff here was very nice too and made me really comfortable.

The appointment process is a nightmare, but the actual laser hair removal is awesome!! I’m excited for my next session!
Friendly people, great customer service! I have only had one treatment so far and already noticed a difference - I am really glad I decided to take the plunge! It's true that parking is a nightmare - allow extra time to circulate in the parking lot before your appointment. There is at least one space reserved for Sev clients directly in front of the office.
