Great experience from the moment I walked in, especially it being my first time. Friendly and very helpful staff at desk. The nurse who did my laser was very reassuring, answered all my questions and made my experience comfortable and quick!

Pros: Timely, easy check in/check out. Cons: extremely short session (7-8mins total time for 2 legs- large area?), indifferent staff - some seem like they would rather be some other place than at the clnic.
Great services, reasonable pricing and great laser hair removal machines, least painful I have had done.
