My experience was great. I was a few minutes early, but taken in right at my appointment time. The waiting area was really clean and cute. My nurse was amazing and eased my apprehension about my service. Can’t wait for my next session.
Last 2 appointments the nurses were great. First nurse was not a great experience. Lack of communication and not very professional or helpful. First 2 appointments I also never really felt anything which I let the nurses know. Only on the third visit did I actually feel the little snap. If I let them know I wasn’t feeling anything I’m not sure the procedure was effective first two times. However the last 2 nurses were both professional, engaging and helpful.
Great customer service. The place is immaculately clean, the technicians are welcoming and the process is smooth and quick.
