My biggest concern is cross contamination, before leaving the treatment room it should be required that every person uses hand hygiene before walking back out into the lobby because some people just lifted their ass cheek and then walked into the lobby and touched the touchscreen for payment. ( just a hypothetical example). Some of the employees are nice and others are impersonal. It’s more comfortable as a client to have a somewhat friendly personnel.
