This appointment was my 2nd one, and I had a different girl but I was still comfortable. I just love the ladies and the customer service. I would recommend to everyone.
Technician was excellent. Reception could have been a bit friendlier.
I really love the machine and the nurses are the nicest most helpful and non-judgy/welcoming bunch of ladies. It really makes the experience easier but the front desk staff and the receptionists who answer the phones are starting to ruin it for me. I've called on different occasions and been met with resistance to changing appointments, I've been lied to about availability, I've heard the girls at the front desk talking about other clients(not nicely), and some of them are just condescending and rude to interact with. Excellent Customer Service from the desk to the person doing the laser treatment. Professional, clean and a great value!
RACHEL WAS FAST AND GREAT OVERALL
The nurse explained everything in detail and made me feel extremely comfortable.
Receptionist was very helpful assisting me with filling out the initial paperwork. The reception areas was well kept. The only thing I had trouble with was the Glade plug-ins. The frangeance was really strong for my allergies. I was about to lieave for fresh air but, the NP called me back.
