The technician was great, as always. Prices are awesome. I rated lower than a five star because I think the staff at the front desk are not really friendly and border on rude. I don’t expect a perky little parrot (although that would be nice) but a friendly hello and small talk would be pleasing and make the experience better. Also—the bathrooms do not have any paper towels. Someone who comes in to get laser on the face must wash their face. So I’m not sure how we are supposed to dry it. This appointment was my 2nd one, and I had a different girl but I was still comfortable. I just love the ladies and the customer service. I would recommend to everyone.
Technician was excellent. Reception could have been a bit friendlier.
I really love the machine and the nurses are the nicest most helpful and non-judgy/welcoming bunch of ladies. It really makes the experience easier but the front desk staff and the receptionists who answer the phones are starting to ruin it for me. I've called on different occasions and been met with resistance to changing appointments, I've been lied to about availability, I've heard the girls at the front desk talking about other clients(not nicely), and some of them are just condescending and rude to interact with. RACHEL WAS FAST AND GREAT OVERALL
The nurse explained everything in detail and made me feel extremely comfortable.
Receptionist was very helpful assisting me with filling out the initial paperwork. The reception areas was well kept. The only thing I had trouble with was the Glade plug-ins. The frangeance was really strong for my allergies. I was about to lieave for fresh air but, the NP called me back.
