Exceptional customer service each and every time... true professionals
Compared to my previous visits, my body was much more sensitive to the laser treatment. The nurse made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and lowered the intensity whenever I she saw I slightly flinched. She was also conversational and extremely informative when I asked questions regarding post-care treatment. The facility also felt super clean. I felt comfortable in the space
My tech Virginia was awesome! Explained a lot to me about the machine and how to avoid getting another laser burn.
Tech was thorough and very attentive to ensure the experience was good..
My third session out of six was this past Saturday. My appointment was with Virginia and she was great! I felt like she took her time and was thorough with the process. Other times I may have felt a bit rushed but Virginia took her time (all of 1 minute needed) and I felt good about her work. Thank you!
