My experience here at Sev laser Walnut Creek was awesome. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful. This was my first time doing laser so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The nurse that was doing my laser was extremely sweet and answered all my repetitive questions. She was very patient during my long session and really took her time. She made me feel very comfortable. The laser itself was painless in my opinion. I am kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I cannot wait for my next session!
Caitlyn was great! This was my first time ever trying laser and after years of waxing omg it was literally nothing pain wise. Full legs in 20 mins. She was super relaxed and gave a lot of details and walked me through the procedure and told me how there were tons of ways she could make it less scary for me. She gets a 5 stars.
