All of their assistant very efficient and kind.
The prices went up without any notices. I was surprised that I had to pay 15% extra for the service. That is a lot for price increase at once. Don’t see a reason for this. Service is the exact same as before.

Since the second lockdown, SEV increased their pricing without any warning. It would have been great to get an email explaining the price increase. I had a little sticker shock when I saw the total come up at the register. The lady at the front desk was all business. It was as if she couldn't wait for me to leave once I said "no" to purchasing a package.
Friendly service and I was in and out.
