As a complete newbie to laser hair removal I have felt very comfortable at SEV Walnut Creek! I’ve never been treated like my questions are dumb and have been given the utmost respect and patience during each appointment!

This was my second visit. Your staff, facility, and service are all amazing. With that said, my first experience was much more pleasant than my second. I prefer to have the first technician for my treatments and not the second technician. My apologies if this is the incorrect place to express that.
