The person who did my laser was very sweet and helpful. I totally forgot her name but she was of African American decent and she had black curly hair.

I was very pleased that I was able to text about my appointment before. The ladies at reception were great and my nurse, Pauline was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, an helpful. I love SEV. I am very happy with my choice of becoming one of their clients!

I just finished session two or six and I’m so happy with the results so far for lazer hair removal. ! Both nurses I’ve had have been so great and the session goes really fast.
It was my first time. I was pretty nervous due to me going somewhere else for laser. Which I totally love as well. I’m really happy I went into SEV. My nurse was so caring and She was on top of my needs.

The place was very clean . Appreciate that staff were taking precautions for clients like taking temp and enough sanitizer on hand. Also , my appt is always on time .
