Quick, painless and professional!
The ladies were all very nice! I was checked in by a wrong name which then had the technicians confused about what my procedures were supposed to be. Thankfully they caught it before doing the work! There was no bathroom to use. My appointment was really early in the morning and I wasn’t seen for about 20 minutes even though I was the only person there. However, it was very clean and I will go again.
It was fast. Really great measures to prevent COVID-19 spread. I really liked it. I would suggest just being a little more personal, specially when is the very first time.
Great customer service from reception and technician. Very clean and took extra precautions for Covid-19 (temp check, hand sanitizer, social distancing/limited capacity in lobby, etc).

Staff was nice, felt very welcome. The place was gorgeous and very clean. Parking was a pain. I parked in the garage across the way and luckily it was free. The tech made me feel very comfortable. My only complaint is they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. I get there’s COVID, but I drove an hour to get there and I couldn’t use their bathroom it was awful. I think if I can get my lady parts lasered on your table than I should be able to pee and wash my hands.
Love the kindness of the representative also Lina was so sweet !! She made sure I was doing good throughout the injections and was good on telling me the aftermath of them.
