This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by two friendly front desk agents, who promptly checked me in after my temperature was taken. The office was clean and welcoming. Very trendy décor. My treatment was quick and virtually painless. The technician, Madison (I think that was her name), was super friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was in and out in 20 min. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Check in was super easy and quick (especially during COVID. Temperatures are taken, as well as being asked to wash hands, which are great measures to ensure everyone’s safety). The appointment flew by thanks to a very friendly and inviting technician. She made me feel very comfortable and instructed me very clearly on what to do. Bought a package after my session!

This was my first time ever getting laser hair removal. Front staff was very friendly, the office was immaculate, they texted me when I was allowed to come in to make sure I was the only client in the office at the time and abided by the CDC guidelines to prevent COVID-19 spread. The nurse was very professional and friendly as well. I had my Brazilian area done and it only took 5 minutes.
