I had a great experience with Ruby! The procedure took 15min max and it wasn’t painful at all. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I got the 6 treatments to 2 small areas (upper lip & arm pits) deal which is really great considering the price usually covers 1 treatment for 1 small area. Worth the money.
Was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. They were super friendly. I would recommend to anyone. Using groupon was very easy.

Michelle was wonderful and there was literally no pain. I got my underarms done and it just felt like wind being blown on them. There was a heat, but the icy cool blast overpowered the heat. I definitely will be back.
