I was informed at my appointment that I was not a candidate for the treatment. Went through a lot of trouble to prepare for this appointment only to be disappointed. Warning if you have gray hair you are not a candidate.
The facility itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are very polite. But 6 full sessions later and the area I got my Brazilian done is completely the same. Every session was extremely rushed, under 5 minutes for both Brazilian and underarms. It took me longer to undress and redress. My underarm hair is lighter, but still have dark ones that grow in that I have to shave a few times a month.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I purchased 2 GroupOns for my daughters. It was MONTHS before they could even get in and when they were able to be seen, the following appointment was months away! It’s pointless to schedule appointments months out. They claim to be SUPER busy. Don’t waste your money. I’m going to have to purchase another GroupOn from another place...DO NOT BUY!
I bought this for a large area hair removal.It has been hard to get appointment.My groupon has expired.
I purchased the Groupon yesterday- when I called to make an appointment I was very disappointed. The earliest appointment I could get is in April!! Plus they wanted credit card information in case I no show!?
Called for an appointment and told me that I have to wait a month or more since they were supper booked. Went to my appointment and after my treatment they told me that I need to pay $30.00 because the underarm treatment with the full brazilian land in a "large treatment category" and not as two medium treatment category. Ended paying the extra $30 to not make an scene there. Terrible unprofessional to not discuss this during the more than a month time I had to wait for my appointment.
I never had wax. I have always heard stories about how it hurts.. Only shave. This was my first time. The person who attended me. Explain everything step by step. Did not hurt. Was Over before I knew it. 😊
First timer and my experience was nothing short of amazing! I promise you won’t regret it! I freaked out right before but honestly it would completely painless for me. Someone told me it would feel like rubber bands however that was not my experience.. that person also didn’t go to SEV! Go to SEV and avoid the traumatic experience!
I didn’t like how I wasn’t explained the two procedures in one day policy or the fact that they didn’t use proper settings considering I’ve had laser treatments in the same areas before. Hope the attitudes and proper settings improve. I am tan skinned.
