Im so very grateful and pleased to know that my dog is doing well and getting better. Im very thankful for the dr and nurses taken care of him and given him the proper care to get back on his paw paws again. Best veterinary office I've ever been too... Hands down.. over the years I've had different pets in for different emergencies and the staff is always quick and caring.. they're also good about helping with financial issues as much as they can... highly recommend them!! This veterinarian goes above and beyond. I called this evening at 6:45pm because my fur baby Jingles wasn't acting right after a procedure done at an emergency vet, they immediately tell me to come on it and they will work me. As soon as I entered the building the tech was right there to assist, they had even already tried to call the emergency vet I used last night to obtain records. Where do I begin. We started going to Seven Bends before they moved to the new location. Our beloved Boston TerrierZoey was their patient from the first day we had her till the day she let us know she was ready to cross the bridge. They were so good to us that dreadful day in October 2016 and we were so touched when we received a letter from the Veterinary School at Virginia Tech telling us that sevenBends had made a donation to the school in Zoe's name. We took our dog Jackson to them a year ago Christmas Eve. He wasnt eating and after a few tests they determined he had cancer and it was bad. We made the right decision to put him down that day and although I miss him everyday I have the utmost respect and admiration for them. They made us as comfortable as they could and stayed late on Christmas Eve to help us deal with putting him down. Thank you so much for caring.
