The staff at Seven Bends is awesome. A special thanks to Michelle at the front desk and Dr. Joe who take such good care of my guinea pig, Cuddles. She was not eating and obviously in some pain - they took me/her in right away and thanks to their care she is doing much better. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital. If they saw humans, I'd go there myself!
I want to thank the awesome staff at Seven Bends for the empathy they showed when I had to make the difficult decision to put my two senior dogs down. The compassion showed by all of the staff and the letter in the mail a few days later were greatly appreciated as were the paw prints taken of my pups. Thank you so much.
I had called at 4:45 yesterday evening as our dog had fallen and hurt himself, who didn’t have a good medical history anyways and the staff got him in immediately. Unfortunately we had to put him down but the vet was amazing and patient with us as she let us have our time with him before and after his passing. Also I left to go and pay and she said “don’t worry about it until you come back to get his ashes”. Amazing customer service.
Everyone is so kind and professional. We usually see Dr. Jim and just love him so much . His kind and down to earth demeanor is second to none. I highly recommend Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital. They will take excellent care of your fur kids and treat you with upmost respect.
Thrilled with how knowledgeable the vets are here. And they respect my experience and knowledge in return. Great partners in caring for my dogs.
