This place is the best I’ve found because they genuinely care for the animals! I see Dr Jim and he’s always smiling and helpful in my baby’s care. This place is very thorough … they catch things normally missed and I’m so glad i have the best vet in the world!
Our new puppy has been for his follow up shots and was just neutered. Dr. Conner and her staff are the most caring group that you could ever want for your fur baby. I received updates as he went through the process of getting ready for surgery, through surgery and after surgery. They love your babies almost as much as you do!

After losing a dog in December, I never dreamed of getting another dog - I had the most awful treatment with a Dr Salem in Harrisonburg & I said I’d never go through that pain again— until recently I got a new puppy and had decided to take him to this vet after all the nice things I’ve heard, it wasn’t a mistake! It was off the charts! My little Winston even down to my daughter was treated amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place!! I’ll never take another animal anywhere else! Where do I even begin… I took my sweet angel Letty for a consult do to a large amount of fluid building up in a short amount of time. Dr.Jim and Dr. Shelley are the sweetest doctors anyone could ask for when having to decide to put an animal down.. they both cried with me. And assured me I was doing the right thing.. I have worked for different animal hospitals and this one takes the cake. The whole staff is fabulous! Thank you all so much for caring for my baby while she was in your care..
Wonderful vet hospital and staff! I recently left my regular dog vet of 17 years because they weren’t allowing people in the building without proof of a ‘Rona vaccine, and that didn’t work for me. A couple friends recommended I try Seven Bends and I’m so glad I did! I was very impressed with my first appointment. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I absolutely would recommend Seven bends! Especially Dr Jim! He is so patient and kind with my dog King. He is thorough, honest, and you can tell he truly loves animals. Dr Jim never makes me feel rushed or that any of my questions aren’t worth answering. King has, thankfully, only had to go for routine visits for the 4 years we have been going( and touched on some worries today while we were there) and Dr Jim remembers us and our prior concerns and conversations. I am so lucky to have him caring for my fur baby!
