Very quiet place and perfect for kids to run around in the evening safely riding their bikes. The only thing is they keep raising the rent but fail to fix the little laundry room they have. It smells like Urine, the washers either take your money or don’t work, same with the dryers. I would have thought tree trimming was part of their lawn service that you get charged for, but it’s just to have the lawn done once a month. I live here and the staff are okay kind of nice. Pretty safe and quiet community. Speed bumps are horrible. They are also very picky with every single little thing especially about parking.
Great staff Paola was able to show me mobile homes and walk me through the steps on doing an application I’m looking forward on telling family and friends to stop by and check out the place
I understand they want people to drive slow but those dam speed bumps are horrendous. They are worse than the ones in Mexico. Even when I go slow with my vehicle it hits a little bit on the bottom and I have an escape so it’s not low.
The speed bumps are horrible I was trying to pass carefully and then when I noticed my car started making a scraping sound under my car and as a note it’s not even low or dropped it’s an Impala
