The maintenance guy cares nothing about doing his job. I think he's prejudice. The park needs a lot of things done to it. And I think rent just went up again without notification again.
It's OK for the reason that is not a safe place when my sister was renting she had to put cameras out cause certain individuals were stealing from her property
I went there because my mother lived there and she passed away. As soon as I got there, the maintenance man walked up talking bad about someone. The trailer park had gas, and the gas line broke inside the trailer park. They never fixed it, so my mother didn't have hot water for 5 years.
They get you with low fees the first year then raise it saying it’s what the place is valued at, but then offer the low rent fee for new tenants..
Quiet trailer park good too live with family affordable mobile homes for rent and well kept area only thing that is definitely a minus is the speed bumps ridiculous when you drive a low car I don't understand why so huge? They can damage cars.
