FYI - This is a review I've posted elsewhere. Valid and authentic, despite the cut and paste. Exactly the LASIK experience one wants! Dr. Roberts is textbook in all the good ways, plus some extra. He's warm, cares about his patients' comfort, and - no surprise - is extremely competent. His experience has shaped an informed opinion, but he doesn't lead with it. Dr Roberts and his staff are wonderful. I was impressed with my treatment at both the office and the surgery center. Everything is very professional yet very personal. I will definitely recommend Dr Roberts to my friends.
Dr. Robert, possibly the best in its field. I had 3 different consultations before dr. Robert. The way of convincing patients are superb. I had my LASIK done by dr. Robert. Vision improved to 20/15. What else more to ask . Very satisfied and dr. Is also very caring. Got a personal phone call after surgery, outstanding remarks!!
Dr. Roberts was very pleasant, kind and professional. After consulting with three other physicians for LASIK/PRK, I chose Dr. Roberts to perform the procedure. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Roberts and his staff. I was so frightened to have my cataract surgery but I can not explain how fantastic everything went . I can see sooooo much better and feel like a different person!!! I love Dr. Roberts because not only is he extremely knowledgable but kind and understanding. Thank you for everything and making this as comfortable and smooth as possible.
Dr. Roberts was excellent in his service and the rest of his staff was great as well. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. Dr. Roberts thoroughly explained the procedure to me in my consultation and he made me feel very comfortable during the actual procedure. Dr. Roberts made it a priority to give me a phone call later that night to make sure that everything was still ok and to see how my vision was. The procedure was worth the investment. I'm excited for my next eye surgery on my right eye. I'm happy thankful and grateful for Dr, Roberts expertise and attention to detail. My new life looks brighter and I can be contacts/spectacle free. Yay!
I’ve wanted LASIK for years, but didn’t bite the bullet until recently. I found Shady Grove Ophthalmology on Groupon, which made me a little wary at first, so I did some research. Dr. Roberts had great reviews almost everywhere I looked, which made me wonder whether or not the reviews were “real”.
