Very happy with the results of my LASIK surgery. Dr. Roberts answered all my questions and was available any time after my surgery for questions. For any future patients considering surgery I would recommend the pain and anxiety medication. I was calm going into the surgery but did not expect my fight/flight instinct to kick in so strongly while I was actually laying on the table before the surgery. Everyone was very nice and the overall experience was very fast and enjoyable. I especially liked the assistant who Pre examined me. I didn't catch his name but he was an Asian who was very friendly and made the visit enjoyable.
Exceptional customer service has almost become a thing of the past. However, Dr. Anthony Roberts at Shady Grove Ophthalmology exceeded my expectations!!! I was reluctant to have cataract surgery on yesterday; however, Dr. Roberts assured me that the suregery would be safe, pain free, and effective. Well, he was right, my surgery was successful. Had a follow up from cataract surgery several weeks ago. Everyone from the front desk to Dr Roberts exhibited a high level of professionalism. The surgery went perfect. Dr. Roberts even called me that evening to ask how my eyes were doing. I tell everyone I meet both friends and family that I highly recommend him and his staff.
