Wonderful Dr. Wills and his staff were warm and caring during my urgent visit. I also enjoyed their great senses of humor, really put me at ease.
Best dental care ever received Dr and staff were extremely kind and helpful. The office staff greeted me and my family and treated us as one of them. Then the assistant and dr were just very professional. Definitely going back.
Emergency visit I lost a crown over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. Dr. Heiner worked me in right away and made the necessary repairs. I really appreciate getting this taken care of so promptly.
Great experience! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, as most people are not.. but I always have a great experience at Shady Spring and I leave with my teeth feeling great!
BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN RALEIGH COUNTY!!!! Trina is a wonderful Dental Hygienist!!!! She is so pleasant and does a superb job!!! Dr. Heiner is a wonderful dentist and has done excellent work on my teeth. I have been a patient since 2009 and would highly recommend this office. You are always pleasantly greeted by the staff. They make you feel at home!!!! Thanks for everything guys!!!
Had a dental emergency that could have been delayed for a few days, but they worked me in and had it taken care of quickly.
I have an extreme fear of dental work . Dr Clay and staff are so kind and understanding. Dr Clay goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel no discomfort what so ever. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. I would not go anywhere else!
Very thorough I was very impressed with my first visit to Dr. Wills' office...the staff was very friendly, professional, and willing to help...I don't think I have ever had such a thorough examination...I would highly recommend Dr. Wills.
