Great Service I love this office

cleaning My appointment was for my six month cleaning. I was taken in to the exam room and the Trina did the cleaning as she always does and everything went well. Dr. Clay came in and did his exam and found a couple of small problems which he will fix at the next appointment.
Chipped tooth repair Due to a cancellation I was seen and serviced immediately. Thus the visit which was (not scheduled) initially designed for the extent of the issue to be evaluated led to my tooth being repaired. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Dr. Hiener DDS spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining several issues impacting my teeth....I did not feel hurried and I tend to be inquisitive. Professional, timely and friendly Had my 6 mo. checkup and cleaning with Karen today. I didn't even have to have a seat in the waiting room, she was waiting for me and I was a couple of minutes early! I have always found Karen to be professional and friendly.Knowledgeable and offers suggestions to any problems I may be having. She is interested in her patients and their families. Wonderful people
Exceptionally professional and very friendly. Service was prompt and efficient, and in a very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed talking to my hygienist. Do have one exception -- I do NOT talk like Barney Fife. Ask Addy, She'll know what I mean.
First day dental I thought they did a wonderful job on my first visit. They checked my teeth and gave me more info than the dentist I had at the clinic in Mt Hope and they were so friendly and made me feel comfortable.
