Frank quickly diagnosed the problem, offered alternative solutions and completed the work in a friendly, professional manner.
When we discovered a busted pipe flooding the garage, Shafer fit us in the same day, quickly fixed the pipe so we could get the water back on, and charged a very reasonable rate. Ryan was efficient, kind, and very clear about the repair, as well as longer-term considerations for our plumbing. He also stopped by the next day when we couldn’t get the water heater back on. Super friendly and focused on helping us get back to normal quickly. I highly recommend!
John Beron is a professional. I swear he leaves my house cleaner than when he arrives. There are no surprises either. He assesses the needed steps to a project and then makes it happen. Shafer is lucky to have him representing their company.

I had my water heater go out on Tuesday this week and needed a replacement. The team members at Shafer Services, Shaun and his assistant, did a great job and got the new water heater installed the same day! I would definitely recommend them for their professional attitude and attention to detail during the install. The dispatcher was also very friendly and polite. All COVID protocols were followed and they wore masks. Great job!
