RecommendedJohn repaired our toilet. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He was COVID protocol observant, left our bathroom area cleaner than before and explained everything he did. I thought the cost was a bit high, but the job was excellent.

I had my HVAC inspected today by Shafer Services Plus. The inspector was Chuck and he was nothing short of absolute professional. He came in and explained what he was going to do and was in and out of the house in no time. He explain to me the status of my HVAC system, made some recommendations and I am a satisfied customer.

Shafer Services did a very nice job replacing our old ac/heating system. We have a challenging 106 year old house, but we’re back in this century now!
