Shafer Services and their technician Raymond always do a very professional job. They just did our annual summer A/C inspection and maintenance. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but they conducted themselves in these COVID-19 times with all the safety precautions recommended. They were the first people that we've allowed into our house since the beginning of March because we felt comfortable that their stated safety goals would be implemented.
