Our experience was great. Shaker Services came in a timely manner, took care of our emergency and got our water running. They removed our water softener and evaluated our problems with our water heater and gave us an estimate for replacement which we accepted. They returned the next day and replaced the water heater. Everything is working great. The first day Franc and Ryan came; the second day it was Franc and two different helpers. They were helpful, efficient and courteous, and we were pleased with their work.

John Berron came to help us with the low water pressure we were experiencing in 3 of our faucets. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to explain what was going on and how to resolve the issue if it happens again. I would highly recommend John for any plumbing issues.

Outstanding service. First a photo was sent of the tech. For months we had been having issues with our bathroom sink. Shafer came in and in less than 45 minutes our bathroom sink issue was resolved.
