Ismael Partida and his team were amazing. They diagnosed and treated numerous plumbing issues all in one day - including a new hot water heater, our first soft water system and a new toilet.
We were extremely happy with our service from Shafer Services! Tyler Marks was amazing. He took is time teaching us about our home plumbing and trouble shooting different issues. He was very thorough and detail oriented. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when considering the different issues we had. I would recommend Shafer services and will be specifically asking for Tyler Marks as a technician due to his exceptional work.

My technician today was Rob McDonald. A very pleasant young man who arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently checked my heating system and changed the filter. I was very pleased with his work and the report provided.
