I had some plumbing issues in the guest bathroom and Tyler who was the plumber that came to my house was friendly and very knowledgeable. I can not express how much it helped to be communicated with on how the process worked and what needed to be replaced and what was still good to keep. Tyler also showed me how to maintain my new products in great shape to last longer. Thank you Tyler, I appreciate your work and honesty.

After being gouged by a former A/C company I used John Collins (Tech) and Shafer Services took excellent care of me. They ran a check up on my unit as it was making a horrible sound when running and resolved it. It was a quick in and out type visit so it was nice not being gouged at check out time.
