Best service I have ever had. They send photo of service tech prior to arrival and you know who to expect. I had a new hot water heater install and the tech advised which hot water heater would best suit my needs and budget. I was so impressed with their excellent customer service I now have them taking care of my air conditioner and heating system. If you want excellent service you can’t go wrong by using Shafer Services.

Raymond Gonzalez with Shafer came out to evaluate my A/C unit. He was very approachable , professional and knowledgeable, explained every test he was performing and what these test would reveal and giving the best solution to those findings. I would recommend Raymond with Shafer to my family/friends.
