I discovered a leak in my front yard that had been repaired by another plumber about 10 years ago had reopened. Called Shafer and they were out within 1 hour. Franc and his assistant had to dig up the area in the cold and mud and got to the problem immediately. They were able to identified and get the leak fixed within 2 hours of arrival. I will only use Shafer for other problems that may arise. Great team, great service.
