He made sure to be on site when the insurance adjuster was here and successfully guided us through the claims process. He made sure we had the materials we wanted in the colors we wanted and was very thorough in explaining the roofing process without getting too technical. This company is the best. I was apprehensive about doing business with a company that came to the door, but I'm glad I did. The crew doing the roof were very considerate and cleaned up well when done. Then a crew came back and did my gutters - very very polite couple and again cleaned up well when done. The guys helped me in understanding how the insurance pays in increments (don't know what I would have done without them). ************************* of Shamrock Roofing was great to work with. He stayed as our point of contact from the initial assessment of our roof to the final receipt. He worked with us on our insurance claim and even helped us find a contractor to remodel our roof before the re-roofing work started. The roofers themselves arrived early, worked steadily and picked up all the trash after they put the shingles on. Our roof looks great!
