Michael with Shamrock has been amazing! He is very professional, helped us through the process with our claim and explained everything that was easy to understand. The team did a great job in preparing everything, knocking out the roof in one day and thoroughly cleaned everything up. All along the process Michael stayed in touch and gave us updates.
