Michael with Shamrock has been amazing! He is very professional, helped us through the process with our claim and explained everything that was easy to understand. The team did a great job in preparing everything, knocking out the roof in one day and thoroughly cleaned everything up. All along the process Michael stayed in touch and gave us updates. I have been truly impressed by the service I received. Adrien is knowledgeable, and he made sure I understood each step of the process of getting my roof replaced. He helped me navigate my way through dealing with my insurance company, and he spent extra time explaining things to me when I had questions. Having a leaking roof is the last thing you want to deal with- but from the day Adrien came to inspect the roof, I knew Shamrock was the only roofing company I wanted to trust with my roof replacement!
The Shamrock representative, Byron, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, prompt and helpful throughout the process. He was present during the installation, if we had questions. The crew, led by Fillipe, was hardworking and careful. They covered plants and windows to prevent breakage. They finished a very large roof, in 1 day and cleaned up thoroughly.
