The Shamrock representative, Byron, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, prompt and helpful throughout the process. He was present during the installation, if we had questions. The crew, led by Fillipe, was hardworking and careful. They covered plants and windows to prevent breakage. They finished a very large roof, in 1 day and cleaned up thoroughly. I just had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Shamrock Roofing. They did a great job and we are 100% satisfied! Sam S*******, the project manager for the replacement did a great job. He worked with the insurance adjuster and helped me get the insurance claim filed. He did a great job communicating every step of the way. I had filed a claim with insurance earlier and they said they couldn’t find any damages. I contacted Shamrock after having issues with my insurance company in covering my roof for hail damage. My project manager Adrian W******* supported me throughout the entire process going above and beyond in his communication and work to ensure that we were covered. Then once we got it approved the Shamrock team was able to schedule the job quickly and complete the work in one day. I would definitely recommend Shamrock for anyone in need of a new roof.

We could not be more pleased with the job Shamrock Roofing did in replacing our hail-damaged roof. First, one of Shamrock’s project managers, Javier Contreras, alerted us to the possibility that our roof might have hail damage like other roofs in our neighborhood that Shamrock had inspected.
