******** was amazing, she did a great job explaining everything to us and doing our inspection. Not enough damage but will be reaching out to her again when the next storm passes.
*********************** came to our house offering a free roof inspection. He found damage to our roof. He handled the claim with my insurance *** right then so I could sit in and hear. We are Extremely pleased with Shamrock and our project manager, ***** . Our roof was 30 years old, had 3 old layers, had 3 flat sections and Very steep grades.5 companies gave us bids and promised that they would go to bat and see if our insurance company would help out with the bill. After 30 years, of course there was obvious soft metal damage, but immediately the insurance company started to balk . And almost immediately, 4 of the roofing companies backed off ! I knew my roof was a mess, but it was a disaster. ****** walked me through the entire process. All details were cover, no mater how small. The crew was very respectful of my home and neighborhood. **** from shamrock did an amazing job! Not everyday someone shows up and inspects your roof out of the blue! It was great timing as they had found a leak and some damaged shingles! Me being so old (young in spirit) I had not checked in years! He helped walk me through the claims process and get the ball rolling!
Needed my roof replaced due to storm damage. Wasnt sure how to go about it. But then ***** showed up from Shamrock Roofing. He made it so easy. He worked with my insurance company. Got me through the process step by step. He took care of everything while keeping me informed on the process. I will recommend Shamrock and especially ***** to everyone I know. And the roof looks great now. Used a great shingle so that I had a better discount from my insurance.
