I was wonderful working with Yesinna Pano and Jacob Oliver on this project. Following the hail storm, they were able to walk me through the process professionally and worked with my insurance when additional damage was discovered. The entire team was responsive to phone calls and questions. We had the roof replaced and new gutters installed. Overall, we are very satisfied.
Everything went very smooth with Shamrock Roofing. We enjoyed working with Jacob and the finished product looks good.
We recently had storm damage to our roof. I called several roofing companies and have several that were to busy to come out and talk with us. From the moment I call with Shamrock they were on it. Shamrock Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish on my roofing project. Project Manager, Doug Behrens, guided and advised every step of the way from speaking with my insurance company to assist in my claim, to personally meeting with the insurance adjuster, to overseeing the entire day of installation and thoroughly completing the clean up. It’s an expensive investment with many choices, many unknowns and a myriad of companies to choose from. They all promise basically the same thing. In our subdivision we were limited to a few colors and styles of shingles which narrowed down the process. Good referrals can provide some assurance, particularity when supported by the the person you will be dealing with and is your key contact representing the company. I recently had my roof replaced. I worked with ********************* from the beginning through to the completion. He was professional while also being very personable. He made it easy to understand the whole process. He filed the report with the insurance company and was present when the insurance inspector came to check the roof.
