I recently had my roof replaced. I worked with ********************* from the beginning through to the completion. He was professional while also being very personable. He made it easy to understand the whole process. He filed the report with the insurance company and was present when the insurance inspector came to check the roof. It was very quick and easy to work with ***********************
After a hail storm rolled through our neighborhood on July 17th, *********************** and his crew were out canvasing and doing free inspections. He provided photos and explanations of all of the damage and helped me start the claims process with my insurance company. After being denied coverage, ***** appealed the decision and provided more detailed photos and descriptions to our adjuster and, ultimately, got our claim approved. I worked with ****** to get my roof replaced. He was great and took care of everything for me. He was polite and great to work with. I will definitely be recommending Shamrock to all my friends for roof work. The work was on time and done correctly and the crew was very polite.
Shamrock made the whole process way easier than I'd have ever imagined. ********************* was there throughout the process and answered any questions I had. *********************** came and helped with setting up the job and making it a breeze. Genuinely surprised at how easy they made the process.
*********************** and Shamrock Roofing did everything they said they would do and did it on time. ***** did such a nice job explaining the insurance claim process and selecting products. He certainly lived up to his statement I'm there if you have any questions. Highly recommend.
