The new roof, gutters and gutter guards look great. The workers did a good job. Talking and dealing with Grant your Sales Rep. was exceptional , we feel he is a big asset for your Company.
Very helpful with insurance procedure and filing. Efficient, neat and quick crews both for roofing and gutters. Our contact was very courteous and company was very patient regarding payment as we waited for insurance payments (which took about 5 weeks, 3 of which were after work was completed. Would recommend highly to anyone

Excellent to work with. Our roof looks great! Will Little was our contact from the Kansas City branch, he was great throughout the whole process and did an excellent job making it a painless experience for us. He was always reliable and punctual, which is something that we really appreciated! Any issues that came up were promptly and adequately addressed and we would not hesitate to recommend Shamrock to anyone needing a new roof or dealing with storm damage.
Lake St Louis MO Jeremiah was very helpful in navigating the Ins claim process with me. Super job. Roofing process ... an area of roof still felt spongy after new roof was installed , crew member said that nails had pulled out of the plywood and that they hammered them back in and it fixed the issue, after new roof review , area still felt spongy.
Did the job but if you have problems and call about them you will be ignored!
