Jake H******* was the contractor who worked with us and he took care of all the details and made everything go smoothly. Very personable and was very detail oriented. A pleasant experience.

Will Little was our contact from the Kansas City branch, he was great throughout the whole process and did an excellent job making it a painless experience for us. He was always reliable and punctual, which is something that we really appreciated! Any issues that came up were promptly and adequately addressed and we would not hesitate to recommend Shamrock to anyone needing a new roof or dealing with storm damage.
Lake St Louis MO Jeremiah was very helpful in navigating the Ins claim process with me. Super job. Roofing process ... an area of roof still felt spongy after new roof was installed , crew member said that nails had pulled out of the plywood and that they hammered them back in and it fixed the issue, after new roof review , area still felt spongy.
Did the job but if you have problems and call about them you will be ignored!
We received outstanding service from Shamrock Roofing. Chance Johnson inspected our roof after a recent hailstorm at no charge. He helped us file an insurance claim and accompanied the adjuster team during their inspection. . He thoroughly explained all of our options. The team was timely efficient, courteous and neat. We would be happy to recommend them.
Very easy to schedule a consult and a follow up. Gage had great open communication with us during our decision making process. Never felt pressure to make a quick decision.When we finally did Gage was great to take the time to educate me about the process and expectations I should/shouldn’t have Wilson’s crew was here on time, well prepared, and finished the job in a timely manner. Clean up was great! I felt he took care of our property as it was his own. Thank you for everything
Keegan E**** out of Tulsa is amazing. He helped us feel secure knowing that even though our roof is damaged, he can help. We have an older roof, and it's pretty steep. He came out looked at it, told us our damage. He was quick and knowledgeable and was the one of the friendliest and most trust worthy people I've ever met. We can't wait until we get our new roof with Shamrock!
