Worked with Jacob Oliver from Shamrock a few months ago after a big hail storm. He did the inspection the same week I reached out, and talked to my insurance agent on the phone with me to describe the damage. When the insurance company sent their own inspector over, Jacob came back to walk them through it and ensure they didn't miss anything. All the roofing work was completed in a single day and looks great. Overall Jacob was very easy to work with.

The roof crew took special care to cover my mom's flower garden to keep nails and dibree from falling on them, and it looks great. None of the flowers were damage which made me and her very happy.
